D.O.A

28/8 Friday

Met up with Dearry in the morning and went to Bugis in the afternoon. First, we took MRT and alight at Bugis. Then, we go window shopping at OG, followed by praying at the temple. Bought a bag along the street outside the temple, costing me only $10(I saw the same bag earlier on at Cineleisure costing at $12)!! IT'S A MUST BUY!! Haha~ Then then, we caught Final Destination in the evening. Rating given : 3/5. Had our dinner at a restaurant right beside the Iluma's entrance, forgot what it's called. Home sweet home then. (:

29/9 Saturday

Met up with Dearry in the morning for breakfast before going to work as usual. It's a drama day I swear. Firstly, I felt nausea during lunch-hour but luckily, I was asked to work at pantry. Therefore, I just grabbed an empty beer-rack to sit on it so as to make myself feel better. Things were peaceful all the way till dinner time. I TELL YOU, IT'S A HELL MAN! Station plan was planned by Supervisor-R because she knows the staff's ability other than AM-T, but our DEAR Manager Trainee-S did changes without any prior notice, and NOT knowing the staffs ability. Due to her extreme stupidity, customers with queue-number were not organised, were not given complimentary-drinks, and were all crowding around the cashier area, which caused the whole place to be rowdy and messy. That's when the drama started.

MT-S - me: Peggy, THAT customer wants to take order.

Me - MT-S: Oh.. Okay.

Me - Customer: Yes, can I help you?

Customer - me: I WANT A SEAT! WHY ARE THERE PEOPLE COMING OUT BUT NO SEATS FOR ME?!

Me - Customer: (WTF?! Tried to keep myself cool.) Okay sure, give me a minute.

Me - MT-S: CUSTOMER DON'T WANT TO TAKE ORDER. (Pissed and walk off.)

I felt really pissed in the first place because, due to her stupidity and inability to get customers organise, I got scolding for NOTHING. Next, after customer billed, I brought the bill-folder to the cashier, only to see the same customers crowding at that area. AND SO, I tossed the folder and it just rammed its way to the stuffs at the cashier. SERIOUSLY, it's only a day with $5000-sales, how busy can it be? It's not busy at all, but like I said in the beginning, it's all due to the MT-S stupidity, everything is so messy.

How stupid?
1st, inability of controlling the crowd.
2nd, inability of multi-tasking(she can't do billing and controlling the crowd at the same time.).
3rd, she splitted table for 4 into 2 tables for 2 each, and combined 2 tables for 2 each into table for 4.
4th, she asked one of the staffs to set a table for initially 6 person into a table for 8, then leave that table for 4-person.
5th, without knowing or trying to understand the staffs' abilities, she makes decision which don't unleash their potential.
6th, 7th, 8th....

When the crowd ended, I was asked to talk to her..

MT-S - me: What's wrong with you?

me - MT-S: What's wrong with me?

MT-S - me: Just now why did you throw the folder into the cashier-area?

me - MT-S: Throw? I just merely PUT there and who knows it just slipped.

MT-S - me: So, are you trying to tell me that there are legs on that folder?

me - MT-S: If you insist after I explained, then well, I'll apologise - I'm Sorry.

MT-S - me: Do you know that when you throw the folder in, the customers looked at me and all I can do is to smile sheepishly?

me - MT-S: Then?

MT-S - me: Then do you think it's right to do that?

me - MT-S: I already told you that if you think that I threw it, then I can only tell you that it's my fault and I'm very sorry about it. (trying to keep my cool when I know very clearly that I'm actually boiling inside)

MT-S - me: The other thing, why is colleague-T taking both table-5 and table-6 orders at one goal when you and him are supposed to be in-charge of that area?

me - MT-S: (can't remember what I was doing at that time) That area is not only table-5 and table-6, there are still some other things that I need to do.

MT-S - me: But I saw you going into the kitchen and help the other staffs to bring out the food.

me - MT-S: Then I ask you back, if you see that other station needs help, will you help?

MT-S - me: of course, we must help one another.

me - MT-S: Then?

MT-S - me: So now you're talking back to me in 10-sentences when I say about one thing is it?

me - MT-S: You want to talk then of course try to explain. If only you're talking and I'm agreeing with you then it won't be a sit-down-and-talk session, right?

MT-S - me: Ya.

me - MT-S: Then?

MT-S - me: Blah Blah Blah...

Conclusion: At the end of the conversation, the total count of times that I asked the MT-S what her main point is, is 2 times(in a very short 5-10 mins conversation). She pointed questions at me, I can answer her, but when I wanted to clear my doubts with her, I don't get answers, instead, she changed her topic to other stuffs which I totally don't see any link with her main point. I guess being contradicting is her forte because on one hand, she questioned me about my missing presence at my own station, but was asked to be cooperative and help one another. I was questioned when I helped the other staffs to bring out food from the kitchen, but was asked to help cashiering(her) when busy. If she's not being contradicting here, then she must be plain selfish.

Like I said in the beginning, MT-S NEVER try to understand how we run operation and the staffs here. WE WERE TRAINED TO MULTI-TASK, BUT OUR MT-S NEVER UNDERSTANDS THAT, and I know the reason why. IT IS BECAUSE SHE CAN'T MULTI-TASK. Am I right to say that? I felt a little shameful to say that our in-charge of the outlet now can't handle customers and billing at the same time just like how our previous in-charge did it.

AND THE BEST PART IS, SHE'S A F*CKER WHO B*TCHES AROUND WHEN SHE STILL HAVE THE FACE TO SAY THAT SHE DISLIKE PEOPLE WHO B*TCHES BEHIND HER.

First incident, after she talked to me, I can actually felt on fire. Therefore I went for a break, NOT KNOWING that Supervisor-R actually went for a break too. Both Supervisor-R and I came back together because we saw each other on the way.

Second incident, on the 29/8 Sunday, I told MT-S that I got something on for the coming Thursday and she replied me 'okay'.

B*TCHING INCIDENT: BOTH SUPERVISOR-R AND I GOTTA KNOW THAT *SOMEONE ACTUALLY B*ITCH BEHIND US SAYING THAT BOTH OF US WENT FOR BREAK FOR 1/2-HOUR ON SATURDAY. HAHA *SOMEONE ALSO B*TCH BEHIND ME, TELLING ANOTHER PART-TIMER NOT TO BE LIKE SOMEONE(obviously is ME) WHO GIVE SCHEDULE AND CAN'T WORK AT THE LAST MINUTE(how last minute is it? I informed MT-S out of respect even though I don't get the same respect from her. To me, if I really want, I can just call on Thursday itself and that's it, right?)

B*TCH, DO LOOK OUT FOR ME.
I'LL BE WATCHING YOU.
YOU ARE DEAD.
